Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 launches end of August

Samsung has announced that the Galaxy Note 10.1 will be launching globally at the end of this month. The new device is a larger version of the regular Galaxy Note smartphone. It has a 10.1 inch screen which works well with the S-Pen from what we understand.

The device is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core processor. It has a healthy 2GB of RAM.

Four versions of the Note 10.1 are being made available with three of them coming at launch. The first is a WiFi only model which is followed by a WiFi plus 21Mbps HSPA+3G which is followed by a similar LTE model. Later on this year Samsung will launch a 4G model to complete the line-up.

Overall, an impressive looking device and one that we look forward to seeing at the end of the month. Prices haven’t been disclosed yet so keep your eyes pealed.
