Google [GOOG] is about to roll out a new service called Google Drive. The service has been rumoured for about five years and can be likened to services like Dropbox. What G Drive does is let you store your files and folders in an online location so that they can be accessed from other devices.

TomTom Go Live 1005 World Revealed
TomTom has revealed a new satnav called the Go Live 1005 World. The new device has a 5 inch screen with a resolution of 480×272 pixels. It also has 8GB of internal memory and a couple of hours of battery life per charge.
Free Wi-Fi Trial by Nokia Begins in London
Nokia along with Spectrum Interactive has begun testing free Wi-Fi in London in the UK. The new trial sees 26 Wi-Fi hotspots being put in the city each capable of handling up to 20Mbps of data. Fortunately, Nokia is restricting each user to 1Mbps to prevent power users from hogging all of the available connections.
Seagate Switches All Barracuda Hard Drives to 7200RPM
Seagate is making changes to the hard drives it supplies for desktop computers. In the past it has offered 5400RPM models but will soon be dropping these in favour of faster 7200RPM versions. The changes are being made to the Barracuda models built for desktop computers.
iPhone 4S Audio Echo Bug Found
We’ve heard quite a bit about the iPhone 4S having problems since launch. The main problem identified was the issue of the battery being killed quite quickly. Some users reportedly cannot get through the business day without having to plug in around 3pm. Now that the battery issue seems to have settled down a bit thanks to what appears to be a bug found in the time sync and locations settings, we now hear that the 4S also has an echo problem when using wired headsets.
iPhone 4S Arriving in Hong Kong and S.Korea on November 11 – Pre-Orders Start This Week
Apple is about to launch the iPhone 4S in Hong Kong and South Korea. The latest generation smartphone will be released on November 11 with pre-orders beginning on November 4.
Nokia Lumia 800 Release Date for UK is November 16
Nokia has announced that the release date for the Nokia Lumia 800 is November 16 in the UK. The price is expected to be €420 although this hasn’t been confirmed yet. That of course is the SIM free price.
ASUS Transformer Prime Launch Expected Next Week
We are hearing today that the ASUS Transformer Prime could go on sale as early as next week. The tablet device is an Android 4.0 unit although when it launches, it will likely first run Android Honeycomb until Ice Cream Sandwich is made available.

The HTC Sensation XL with Beats Audio is now available in the UK unlocked and SIM free. The device has a 4.7 inch scratch resistant display and runs a 1.5GHz processor.
HTC Vivid Launches on the AT&T 4G Network
HTC has launched its first 4G smartphone on the AT&T network. The new device is the HTC Vivid which comes with Android 2.3.4 installed.
