s-Dream Wireless Music System

We all like the idea of wireless devices 🙂 They make life so much easier and lazy which can be a bad thing I guess 🙂

The s-Dream connects to your PC and streams the music you play anywhere around your house or garden. The pack comes with 3 parts which are needed to make this work. You start with the chic USB transmitter which you connect to your computer or laptop. Then there is the powerful receiver which can connect to your stereo speakers any where in your house and then you have a very nifty and small remote control which allows you to adjust volume, tracks, genre, what ever you like really from anywhere in the house. It’s a smart device!!! It utilizes the Music Anywhere(tm) wireless technology which provides crystal-clear digital audio.

Logitech V450

The Logitec V450 mouse is the latest in the vast parade of mice from them. It’s a mouse 🙂 Hmmm… what else can be said. Not much really except it is smaller and maybe aimed towards the laptop users, and the battery life is supposed to be a lot better. It also uses the 2.4Ghz frequency which apparantly does not have any interfearance with other items.

Mitsubishi XD435U-G DLP Projector

Mitsubish are to launch the XD435U-G DLP Projector. So whats it all about? The XD435u-G has a quick power up and quick powerdown feature which is nice for starting presentations. I personally have had an issue while switching projectors on to start a presentation and something is for some reason different.

One other nice feature is a USB connection where you can connect a USB memory stick to play video files and images. Very useful so you do not have to connect a laptop!

Ever had your Digital Camera Neutralised?

Dvorak Uncensored are reporting that a new device designed to block didigtal cameras in secure areas has been created by the Georgia Institute of Technology. The device uses off the shelf components such as a sensor, projector and a laptop and then scan for digital cameras and neutralise them. The system works by scanning for image reflections from the sensors used in cameras.

I am not sure this will be as swish I was expecting… rather then a burst of light from the projector to blank out the pictures as they are taking. Still cool though!
