HTC One V Ice Cream Sandwich Unveiled

HTC has announced a new smartphone called the HTC One V. The device runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and has been announced along side two other smartphones.

The One V is a budget smartphone that comes with a 3.7 inch screen that has 480 x 800 pixels making it a WVGA resolution. The processor is single core and runs at 1GHz.

Technical specs show that the device has a 5 megapicel camera that uses a back side illumination sensor for better response to darker conditions. The camera also has a flash along side and the camera is capable of capturing video at 720p. For sound, it uses the Beats Audio system.

It has 4GB of built in storage that can be expanded by a further 32GB. Also, it comes with a 25GB DropBox account for online storage of files.

Price wise, the HTC One V will cost around £250 when it launches towards the end of April (we’ve heard the 23rd). Of course, there will also be subsidized models at a cheaper price.
